XEN Slice Installation Using Xen-Tools

Note: All commands execute in this lab will need to be ran as the user root. To become root type:

sudo -s

To install a Xen slice on labxen.xmission.com execute the following command:

xen-create-image --hostname=<your_nick> --dhcp --dist=<distro>

You can use any Debian or Ubntu distribution you would like. This will create for you a slice with 10gb of hard disk space a 1gb swap and 256mb of ram.
